Sous le format guitares, basse, batterie, violon et cello depuis fin 2002, SWEEK joue une musique instrumentale oscillant entre mélancolie, rage et psychédélisme.
Depuis la sortie de 'the shooting star's sigh...', premier album très remarqué et positivement accueilli par la presse en 2004, SWEEK s'est produit sur plusieurs scènes belges, françaises et allemandes, en laissant à chaque fois des traces indélébiles dans l'esprit du publique tant le groupe wallon parvient à emporter l'assistance vers différentes émotions !
L'automne 2005 voit la sortie de 'the unbelievable cinematic crash', un deuxième album dans la même veine que son prédécesseur mais qui voit débarquer des invités dont han stubbe du groupe d.a.a.u à la clarinette, mais aussi une harpe, une trompette, un trombonne et un accordéon.

Under a 'guitars, bass, drums, violin and cello' format since the end of 2002, SWEEK play instrumental explosive and intense music constantly swinging between melancholy, rage and psychedelism, mixing up those feelings with an outstanding onstage presence.
Since their debut album release 'the shooting star’s sigh...' in 2004, SWEEK have been playing throughout belgium, but also in france and deutschland, each time followed by a growing reputation. Driving the audience into different emotional spheres, SWEEK offer a passionate trip from sorrow to bliss, from insanity to hope.
In autumn 2005, here comes a second album, 'the unbelievable cinematic crash'. The philosophy stays the same and for the first time, some brilliant guests appear: han stubbe from d.a.a.u. at clarinet but also an harp, a trompet, a trombon and an acordeon
