PILLOW est né en janvier 2004 autour du projet solo de guillaume vilain
(PLAY). Leur style s’apparente au "post-rock", en ce sens
qu’il s’agit d’une musique instrumentale jouée
avec des guitares, mais s’en différencie par une volonté
générale de se détacher de l’extrême
abstraction et théorisation musicale et d'aller plus vite à
l'essentiel grâce des morceaux courts aux structures variées.
Leurs influences vont de Explosion In The Sky, Interpol, dEUS, Radiohead,
Godspeed You! Black Emperor,…
PILLOW was founded in january 2004 by guillaume vilain (guitar) who was quickly
join up by four guys from belgium and france. Together, their produce
some detph and short tracks of post-rock. These compositions full of various
