François Boulanger produit une musique dite 'électronique' depuis le toute fin des années 90 et ce un peu par hasard grâce à un ami qui lui déposa un cd sampler comme on en trouve dans tous les magazines parlant d'informatique. Au début, sous forme de jeu, il s'exerce en samplant des disques des Shadows ou de Simon And Garfunkel. Tout doucement, son pc devient pour lui un instrument à part entière. Enrôlé... sans force dans le collectif liégeois 'jaune orange' sous le speudo de KINGFISHERG.
François a des goûts musicaux éclectique allant du Wu Tang Clan, Clouddead, Timbaland ou Fog en passant par Tortoise, Léonard Cohen, Charles Mingus et les Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Des bruits courts d'ailleurs que François rêve d'écrire une musique pour Karen O...

François Boulanger used to produce electronic music since the end of the 90's thanks to a friend who let him a magazine cd sampler with softwares. At the beginning, it was a game for François: he was sampling some Shadows or Simon & Garfunkel records to learn the technic. He joined quickly the belgian collective 'jaune orange' under the nickname of KINGFISHERG.
François has eclectic tastes: Wu Tang Clan, Clouddead, Timbaland, Fog but also Tortoise, Léonard Cohen, Charles Mingus and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
